1. Who we are

This website (clearwayforge.com) and the Clearway Forge plugin are operated by:

2. Accepting these terms

Installing or activating the plugin, or buying a licence, means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the plugin.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to use our services. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company to them.

4. Your account

The free plugin needs no account. A paid licence does, so that you can manage your sites and renewals.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Write to support@avakode.com at once if you suspect someone else has access.

5. Licences and payments

• A licence is annual and valid for a stated number of WordPress sites.
• Payments are processed by Freemius Inc. The price shown is the price you pay, plus any VAT or sales tax owed in your billing country.
• Licences renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your dashboard.
• We may change prices. A change takes effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel before that date.
• Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked.

6. The free plugin and the GPL

The PHP source of Clearway Forge is licensed under the GPL v2 or later, consistent with WordPress itself. What you pay for is the licence key, updates and support, not a restriction on the code.

The free version on WordPress.org stays free and functional on its own. It is not a time-limited trial.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the paid add-on or any part of it.
• Reverse-engineer or bypass licence validation.
• Probe or test the security of our infrastructure without written permission.
• Use the agent guard to misrepresent what your store has approved or reversed.

8. Intellectual property

We keep all rights in the Clearway Forge brand, this website and the paid add-on, subject to the GPL position stated in section 6.

You keep all rights in your own store, catalogue and customer data. We claim nothing over anything the plugin records for you.

9. Third-party services

The plugin publishes a catalogue that AI assistants and agents may read, and it can accept agent requests you approve. We do not control those assistants, their behaviour or their terms, and we are not responsible for what they do with a published catalogue.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

Back up your site before installing, updating or removing any plugin, including this one.

• We do not warrant that the plugin meets your specific requirements.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation.
• We do not warrant that every AI referral will be attributed correctly, because attribution depends on signals the assistant chooses to send.
• We do not warrant that defects will be corrected on any particular timeline.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows:

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption, even if we were told they were possible.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Avakode, its owner and its representatives harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your use of the services, your breach of these terms, or your breach of anyone else’s rights.

13. Termination

You can stop using the plugin whenever you like. To close an account entirely, email support@avakode.com.

We may suspend or end a licence immediately if you breach these terms or if the law requires it. Where the breach is serious, that may happen without notice or refund.

Terms that should outlast termination do: intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We would rather settle any dispute by writing to each other first, so please start with support@avakode.com.
